Senior Lettings Negotiator DOE Exeter & Surrounding

I'm looking for an experienced lettings professional to step into a senior role within a busy, growing team. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the department while still being hands-on with clients & deals.

You'll work closely with the Lettings Manager, help keep things running smoothly, & be someone the team can rely on for guidance & support.

What you'll be doing :-

Helping keep the team on track with lettings targets & daily activity Supporting & guiding junior team members Building strong relationships with landlords & tenants Managing re-lets & making sure properties are marketed quickly Handling rent reviews in line with current legislation Pitching in with admin & general team support when needed Spotting opportunities to win new business & grow the portfolio

What we're looking for :-

Solid experience in residential lettings Confident, organised, & proactive Great with people & problem-solving A team player who's happy to support othersA great opportunity if you're ready to take the next step while still staying close to the action.
