This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Londons most respected lettings teams, operating at the top end of the market in one of the capitals most sought-after neighbourhoods.The role: You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in residential lettings. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and work effectively within a team to achieve and exceed targets.Responsibilities:Registering enquiries and arranging appointmentsAccompanying applicants on viewings and generating a targeted number per weekDealing with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlordsNegotiating lettings and following up enquiries through to agreementManaging tenancy progression and ensuring a smooth process for all partiesPitching company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat businessDeveloping relationships with clients through meetings to secure future instructionsWhat's on offer:£30,000 Basic£80,000 OTECareer progression within an expanding and successful team If youre interested in this Sales Negotiator position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
