Key responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Consultant: Conducting appraisals of properties for rental purposes and providing accurate valuations. Handling negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure successful rental agreements. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, porters, and other local stakeholders.
