Barclay Simpson are recruiting for an experience lawyer to join a leading financial services organization on a 12-month FTC contract.

This opportunity will require the individual to spend 2 days a week in the company's Edinburgh office.

Reporting into the divisional head of legal this opportunity is for a seasoned lawyer in the authorized funds space.

We will only be considering individuals with this experience and who have a strong track record of working with the FCA on these matters.

The role will run for 12 months and will included a base salary, pension and benefits that would normally come with a permanent role.

This would suit a seasoned lawyer happy to work in a small team with one other very senior lawyer.

We need someone who can come in and hit the ground running so ideally we are looking for a candidate with close to if not above 10 years PQE but of course we will be happy to consider more junior profiles if they can speak to a track record of experience in this space.
