You will play a key role in ensuring the business meets all UK pensions law and regulatory requirements, working closely with the Risk and Compliance teams.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring compliance with UK pensions legislation and regulatory standards.Developing and maintaining policies to support the implementation of pensions law and regulation.Advising on complex customer cases, including death benefits, escalated complaints, and FOS/POS processes.Managing pensions and consumer-related litigation matters.Required Knowledge & ExperienceUK DC PensionsInheritance Law, Guardianship and Family Law aspects of UK PensionsBusiness to Consumer Financial Services working with the FCA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
