This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international technology business in their EMEA team. Reporting directly into the General Counsel, you will join a small team supporting on a varied workload, including the following:

• Drafting and negotiating a range technology agreements
• Also advising on a wide range of commercial transactions including data protection and IP matters
• Managing external legal counsel on a range of topics
• Leading strategy initiatives

The successful candidate will have 5+PQE in commercial/technology transactions. In-house experience gained in a software/technology company would be desirable.
