What You’ll Do

• Lead on subscription lines, NAV facilities, and GP finance transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex fund finance documentation
• Provide commercially-focused legal advice on regulatory, reputational, and legal risks
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel to deliver results
• Manage multiple, high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment

• Qualified lawyer with experience fund finance experience
• Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating finance documentation
