This is a commercially focused role advising on complex employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international business. The Role

Advise on a broad range of employment law matters across EMEA Partner with HR on employee relations (performance, terminations, investigations, leave) Manage employment litigation and external counsel Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and frameworks Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice aligned to business goals Support M&A activity from an employment law perspective

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor (UK, Ireland or EU) 6+ years' employment law experience (law firm or in-house) Strong multi-jurisdictional experience across EMEA Proven litigation and dispute management experience Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills Experience in a multinational or technology environment preferred
