Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including outbound licensing, SaaS, professional services, channel partner, NDA, and other technology‑related contracts Anticipate contractual risks and proactively drive efficient, commercial solutions Support the development and rollout of standardised legal processes and procedures Provide legal support to procurement and business teams on vendor and supplier agreements Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretation of terms Maintain and update contract templates and playbooks

You will be!

Qualified Solicitor - (NI/ROI/England & Wales) 6+ years PQE gained working either in‑house or within private practice Previous experience of negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts to include SaaS agreements, software licence agreements Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders throughout a global business Excellent levels of attention to detail with strong legal drafting skills Collaborative approach with the ability to work well as part of a cohesive team
