You may be in house or in private practice at the moment, looking to move into industry to improve your work life balance and to make a real difference to the future. \n\n You will have at least 5 years’ construction law experience gained in private practice with a respected firm and/or in house preferably, but not essentially, within the data center sector.  To be mainly involved in advising the Projects arm of the business you will have experience in negotiating contracts including service and supplier contracts, JCT contracts, insurance and the supply chain contracts and risk assessments. \n\n This is such an exciting time to be involved in this growing business in this dynamic sector.
