Global Law Firm – Senior Conflicts Lawyer

We are seeking a qualified practicing lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE gained in a large or international law firm to join the firm’s global business acceptance team.The role will be a trusted advisor to the firm’s senior management team and will be instrumental in providing advice on conflicts of interest, terms of engagement, new business policies and confidentiality issues.

The ideal candidate should have the following: At least 2 years’ experience of working in a legal and risk advisory role, ideally with a focus on new business acceptance International legal experience and an in-depth understanding of one or more legal regimes, including the regulatory framework (e.g. SRA) Broad commercial experience including experience of negotiating terms of business and legal contracts
