About the role The successful Senior Land Manager will be working with us to broaden our land acquisition in our hugely successful North Home Counties Region that is enjoying huge successes currently. What you will do: Responsible for the identification and negotiation of land and development opportunities Regularly liaising with landowners, agents, and council contacts. Reporting to the Divisional Head of Land you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and be responsible for the acquisition of sites as laid down in the land purchase programme. Supporting the delivery of key business performance targets. Managing internal stakeholders and external consultants?to ensure smooth and timely delivery of development projects through to construction.
