About the Role

Verafind are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Land Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth. You’ll play a leading role in identifying, appraising, and securing land opportunities while building lasting relationships with landowners, developers, and agents.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, someone confident in negotiation, commercially sharp, and passionate about making deals happen. You’ll also help support and mentor a growing team of Land Managers, helping them to develop and succeed alongside you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and place live opportunities with our growing client base
• Appraise and assess potential sites for planning and viability
• Negotiate land transactions and manage deals through to completion.
• Support the development of a talented land team.
• Collaborate closely with internal planning, tech, and sales teams.
• Develop acquisition strategies that align with Verafind’s growth and financial objectives.
• Stay ahead of market trends and spot emerging opportunities.
• Bring an entrepreneurial approach and fresh thinking to the role.

Desired Experience

• Degree-level education in Real Estate or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in land acquisition.
• Proven record of successful land transactions.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.

Location
