About the Role
Verafind are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Land Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth. You’ll play a leading role in identifying, appraising, and securing land opportunities while building lasting relationships with landowners, developers, and agents.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, someone confident in negotiation, commercially sharp, and passionate about making deals happen. You’ll also help support and mentor a growing team of Land Managers, helping them to develop and succeed alongside you.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and place live opportunities with our growing client base
- Appraise and assess potential sites for planning and viability
- Negotiate land transactions and manage deals through to completion.
- Support the development of a talented land team.
- Collaborate closely with internal planning, tech, and sales teams.
- Develop acquisition strategies that align with Verafind’s growth and financial objectives.
- Stay ahead of market trends and spot emerging opportunities.
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach and fresh thinking to the role.

Desired Experience
- Degree-level education in Real Estate or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in land acquisition.
- Proven record of successful land transactions.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team.

Location
