Our business invests in new land opportunities seeking to secure planning consent for residential schemes as well as investing in residential schemes through long-established joint ventures with leading UK house builders.

As a Senior Land Manager you will: Identify, investigate, appraise, negotiate and secure interest in land or property. Undertake and target land searches of medium/long term development opportunities which fall in line with Wates Developments’ strategy and strategic investment profile. Negotiate and secure land investments on competitive terms. Lead in preparation and presentation of land Governance matters with the Land Director.
