The Role As a Senior Investment Broker at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a professional, phone-based sales environment where results are rewarded fairly and transparently:

Higher commission for self-generated leads Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features Commission calculated on full purchase price

This role is structured with a clear and achievable progression to Investment Director. This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance. Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off‑plan or high-volume new‑build property sales Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles. Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends. Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
