About the Role

As a Senior Investment Advisor at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a consultive, phone-based advisory environment, working with investors to identify suitable property opportunities aligned to their goals.

Responsibilities

• Higher commission for self-generated leads
• Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals
• Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features
• Managing and developing long-term client relationships
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Commission calculated on full purchase price

This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales

Required Skills

• Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles
• Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends
• Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Realistic OTE: £110,000+

Higher commission on:

• Self-generated leads
• Repeat clients and referrals
• Premium units and development incentives
