Responsibilities Lead projects from concept to completion, providing creative direction and design leadership Develop design concepts, oversee FF&E, technical design, schedules, and budgets Allocate resources, brief teams, and review design packages and financials Manage smaller projects, including programmes, payment schedules, and timesheets Support, mentor, and guide team members, ensuring high design standards Work closely with Directors on pitches, studio standards, and workload planning
