Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Installation and Maintenance Engineer to join us. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Support Provide advanced technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and lead service interventions and projects. Mentoring & Training Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training on new features, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. System Management Oversee system performance, conduct regular audits and performance assessments, and ensure optimal system reliability. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of service activities, system configurations, and equipment maintenance. Customer Engagement
