Your Responsibilities: Taking ownership of a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, from start to completion. Drafting statutory reports, ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations and internal processes. Liaising with creditors, directors, and stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout the process. Investigating directors conduct and analyzing company affairs. Providing mentorship and support to junior team members. Contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence by maintaining high standards of client service.
