You’ll be accountable for delivering outcomes for clients and the business, not just outputs, while helping shape the standard of thinking across the team.At Curve Analytics, we are a next-gen insights and analytics consultancy that leverages digital consumer data to help businesses unlock consumer opportunities. We work with data from a range of sources - from Search, Social and Reviews, to Web, eCommerce and CRM - to deliver meaningful insights and leading analytics solutions for global brands across leading multi-national CPG companies.We work across a wide range of areas, including:Foresight & Innovation: Spot emerging trends early and identify opportunities for breakthrough innovation, within category and beyondConsumer & Category Understanding: Decode behaviours, cultural shifts, needs, and segments - and understand how categories fits into consumers’ livesCompetitor Intelligence: Monitor the landscape, identify competitive threats faster, and uncover whitespacesBrand Health: Monitor brand equity and understand the drivers of salience, affinity, and growthProduct Experience: Benchmark performance and identify product strengths and weaknesses versus competitorsAs a start-up, we can move faster than most companies and do things differently. We have experienced rapid growth so far and we’re looking for a Senior Insights Lead to join our growing team.What you’ll be doing:Lead High-Impact & Ensure Insight Quality of Client WorkOwn and lead the delivery of global, regional, or market level insight programmesAccountable for quality assurance and maintaining high standards across all projectsMove beyond ‘findings’ to ensure work lands with a “so what” and clear actionsAct as a senior client partner, building strong, trusted relationships at sponsor levelLead problem-solving and bring clarity to ambiguous business questionsDrive strong storytelling, helping teams translate data into compelling narrativesElevate thinking and set the standard for quality across projectsApply established Quantitative & Qualitative Methods to Digital DataApply structured analytical approaches (e.g. clustering, segmentation) to large digital datasets (social, search, reviews) to identify patternsApply qualitative frameworks (e.g. cultural frameworks, semiotics) to interpret data and generate insightTranslate complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable narrativesEnsure outputs are robust and credible through sound analytical thinkingWork with data science teams to develop, refine, and scale analytical approaches where neededExpected to have expertise in either Quantitative or Qualitative research; experience in both is a plus, but not expected.Lead and Develop TeamsLead project teams and create a culture of high standards and accountabilityCoach and develop junior team members on following:Analytical thinking and curiosity to investigate and ask ‘why?’Curating insights and story-tellingVisualisation and landing insightsInfluencing and driving decision makingShare knowledge and build capability across the teamDrive GrowthPlay a leading role in business development, from shaping opportunities to pitchingIdentify ways to grow existing accounts through better, more impactful workContribute to the commercial success of the businessWhat we’re looking for:Strong experience in consumer insights, analytics, or strategy6+ years experience on client-side or research agency-sideProven track record to lead complex projects and deliver actionable insightSomeone who naturally pushes for clarity, simplicity, and impact in their workExcellent storytelling and communication skillsConfident and comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholdersStrong commercial instinct and understanding of how insights drive business decisionsBackground in traditional market research or consumer insight teams is essentialExperience with digital data not essential (but a plus)A knack for design and data visualisation is also a strong plusWhat makes this role different:You’ll focus on doing great insight work, not navigating layers of internal alignmentYou’ll have the space to think, challenge, and shape the workYou’ll see your work influence real decisions and innovationYou’ll be able to work on leading-edge digital first consumer researchYou’ll be shaping the future of modern consumer research with AI and technologyYou’ll be part of a growing consultancy, where you can shape how things are doneCompetitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary, that reflects your talent and expertise in accordance with industry standards.Annual Leave: 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.Annual Bonus: Our Annual Bonus is based on company and individual performance.Generous Pension: You can expect to receive a generous 8% employers’ pension contribution.Health and Wellbeing: Access our Cycle to Work Scheme and prioritise your health with our comprehensive AXA Private Healthcare Plan and 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
