Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a national charity that prioritises people and service. This is a full-time, office-based role, providing an exciting opportunity to support the central team and wider organisation by maintaining and developing critical IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the charity’s IT systems in a responsive, customer-focused manner, supporting approximately 250 office-based and remote users. Your role will include resolving second- and third-line support tickets, advising colleagues on IT matters, managing security for laptops, desktops and tablets, performing proactive infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring compliance with standards—all while meeting tight deadlines. This role offers exposure to a broad range of enterprise IT systems, providing the chance to make a significant impact on operational efficiency across the organisation.
