OverviewProspectus is pleased to be supporting our client to recruit a new Senior Individual Giving Manager. The organisation is ranked among the world's top orchestras and is Resident Orchestra at the Barbican. This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £45,000-£50,000. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.ResponsibilitiesLead a successful team to develop and implement the overall Individual Giving strategy.Agree and monitor annual individual giving income and expenditure budget.Deliver appealing stewardship programmes for supporters, including regular communications, personalised ticketing, and event opportunities.Report to the Head of Philanthropy and oversee the successful delivery and growth of the Friends and Young Patrons schemes.Plan a regular calendar of engagement and cultivation opportunities.QualificationsSignificant expertise in major donor fundraising, including building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and securing five- and six-figure gifts.Experience in managing a team and a busy portfolio of generous donors.Experience collaborating with senior volunteers, with the ability to attend regular events outside of normal working hours.About Prospectus and InclusionAt Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you with your application.
