The Opportunity

In these senior sales roles, you will be responsible for driving growth across your region, developing deep relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), wealth managers, and discretionary fund managers. You’ll be selling market-leading VCT and BR propositions, working with advisers who expect excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and grow strong relationships with IFAs and key intermediaries in your region.
    • Leverage your network to open doors and create new business opportunities.
    • Present investment solutions with clarity, confidence, and commercial impact.
    • Deliver and exceed agreed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
    • Represent the business at adviser seminars, industry events, and networking forums.

What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven IFA / intermediary sales track record in financial services, ideally in VCT, EIS, BR, or related sectors.
    • Strong existing network of adviser relationships in your region.
    • Commercially driven, results-focused, and highly self-motivated.
    • Confident communicator, able to influence and close at senior levels.
