Further information can be found at www.man.com* As at 30 September 2025About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst (IAM) to join our IAM team within the enterprise risk function at Man Group.The team manages the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and identity governance, including access provisioning/deprovisioning and regulatory recertification. You will play a critical role in maintaining and executing these daily functions.This role requires excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to access controls, alongside a focus on process improvement and migration to our new Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.Key ResponsibilitiesBAU Operations – Execute daily tasks and manage provisioning requests as part of a defined team rotaIncident Response – Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents, access issues, and escalationsLifecycle Management – Oversee the complete identity lifecycle (JML), ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioningStakeholder Engagement – Partner with HR, IT, and business units to translate requirements into effective IAM solutionsAccess Governance – Develop and enforce access control policies, procedures, and standards aligned with best practices and regulatory requirementsAccess Reviews & Certification – Support periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns with business ownersAudit Support – Provide evidence of controls for internal and external audits; remediate findings and adhere to internal audit requirementsProcess Improvement – Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IAM processesOnboarding – Support onboarding of applications, systems, and service accounts into IAM with product and engineering teamsDocumentation & Reporting – Maintain comprehensive IAM documentation; produce regular metrics and reports for managementPrivileged Access Management – Support management and monitoring of privileged accounts, ensuring least-privilege principlesRequirements7+ years' experience in Identity and Access ManagementStrong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP directory servicesKnowledge of access governance principles, segregation of duties (SoD), and least-privilege modelsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFinancial services or highly regulated industry backgroundHands‑on experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt, One Identity Manager)Experience with PAM tools (e.g. BeyondTrust, CyberArk)Understanding of core Information Security concepts as they relate to IAMScripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python)Inclusion, Work‑Life Balance and Benefits at Man GroupYou'll thrive in our working environment that champions equality of opportunity.
