Frazer Jones is delighted to be supporting a a global private equity investment firm, partnering with ambitious leaders and teams across credit, private markets, and corporate functions. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a long-term view, they are building something enduring, and HR plays a central role in that journey.


They are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, reporting directly into an incredibly inspiring HR Director to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while helping evolve a modern, commercial HR function in the UK. This role required onsite presence 4 days per week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to key business lines, supporting leadership, growth and change
  • Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, employee relations
  • Leading UK HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery across mobility, benefits and compliance
  • Playing a key role in SMCR processes, working closely with Compliance and senior stakeholders
  • Using people data and insights to drive smarter, more commercial decisions
  • Managing and developing junior HR talent, setting the standard for excellence in delivery
  • Championing inclusion, culture and best practice across the business


Who this role is for

  • An experienced HR Business Partner (8-10 years) operating at Manager level
  • Comfortable in boutique financial services, investment, or similarly high-performance environments
  • CIPD qualified or Degree educated
  • Commercial, credible, and confident partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Someone who enjoys being close to the business, not hidden behind process
  • Energized by growth, change, and building something that lasts
