My client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their dynamic and high‑performing HR team.


The firm welcomes candidates from a range of sectors, provided you have strong experience within a Business Partnering model and are accustomed to operating in a fast‑paced HR environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with designated business areas to deliver high‑quality, generalist HR support
  • Be a trusted advisor for stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Manage Employee Relations matters, including disciplinaries and grievances, while coaching and advising managers on best practice
  • Support performance management processes across internal groups and contribute to the annual review cycle
  • Collaborate with line managers and the Recruitment Team to build business cases for recruitment and guide stakeholders through the offer process
  • Contribute to a variety of HR projects, driving continuous improvement across the function


About You:

The successful Senior HR Advisor will be an accomplished HR generalist with proven experience in a Business Partnering environment. You’ll be confident managing a broad range of HR responsibilities simultaneously and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving setting.
