Senior HR System Analyst (Workday)

New Yesterday

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for bringing strong expertise in Workday and play a key role in the effective operation, enhancement, and support of our People Systems. Working in the People Applications department, you will provide advanced system knowledge, assist with complex issues, and help deliver improvements particularly within Workday.

While you won’t be the sole SME or escalation point, you will serve as a knowledge leader within the team, offering mentorship, contributing to training and documentation efforts, and supporting the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service to users across the organization. You will also contribute to Train-the-Trainer initiatives and lead Workday training sessions for the People team and business users.

You will provide cross-system support, including SmartRecruiters and Cornerstone, where needed, though your depth of expertise will be focused on Workday. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Lead and maintain a Train-the-Trainer program, equipping People Applications team members to deliver training and support confidently.
  2. Act as a senior support resource across People Systems, especially Workday, assisting with complex issues escalated from Support Specialists.
  3. Provide second-line support across People Applications (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone), with a focus on resolving more complex or recurring issues.
  4. Support testing efforts for Workday changes, releases, and enhancements, coordinating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring system quality.
