Our client, a leading Facilities and Services company in Belfast, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This role has a direct pathway to HR Manager, and offers the chance to own the Employee Relations function and help deliver a people strategy that is inclusive, engaging, and compliant. The Role As Senior HR Officer, reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead the HR team and act as a trusted advisor to managers. You'll handle complex cases, shape policies, and ensure fair, consistent HR practices. The position combines strategic input with hands-on case management, ideal for someone with strong employment law knowledge and a coaching mindset. What's on Offer?
