Senior HR Coordinator
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh UK HR Regional Advisor team as a Senior HR Coordinator on a 12 month Fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days per week in our or London office:
We will count on you to:
- Provide high quality assistance to colleagues and people managers with the execution of business and HR plans.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR related issues such as policy questions, compensation and benefits matters and ER issues, which are raised through our ServiceNow email system.
- Communicate with HR Shared Services and CoEs to assist in providing analytics to the business which can be used in making informed and thoughtful HR, business, and employee centric decisions.
- Support HR colleagues with note taking for formal ER cases, such as investigations, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement, probation reviews and redundancies.
- Analyse data used to produce trend analysis, operating review summaries and other data (new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.) ensuring validation and integrity.
- Update internal HR knowledge articles every 6 months and be responsible for document control.
- Coordinate with Senior People Partners and HR Managers on year-end performance reviews.
- Participate and assist in HR initiatives and key deliverables as assigned and needed.
- Team support - administration of group email addresses, teams sites, org charts and induction programmes.
- Co-ordination of local development and award programmes.
- Support on UK governance actions from the UK People Services collaboration forum.
What you need to have:
- 1-2 years' experience within a generalist Human Resources role.
- Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong Word and Excel skills.
- A desire to learn from senior HR professionals and develop your long-term career within human resources.
