This is a true business partnering role - working closely with leaders across the retail operation to drive the people agenda, embed core values, and deliver smart, commercial HR support where it counts. Partnering with managers and leaders - coaching, advising, and constructively challenging where needed

Bringing a commercial, people-first lens to all activity
