This role partners closely with the HR Director and leadership teams to deliver long-term people strategies, major change programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives across our business units. This role partners with leadership teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, RDA, ICT and other central functions supporting across multiple business units. The location for this role is Hybrid based in Staines, however the successful candidate must be free to travel to our UK, NI and Republic of Ireland Sites when required. What will I be doing?
