Senior HR Business Partner - Luxury Womenswear Fashion Brand
The role is a standalone position reporting directly into the COO, with flexibility to work on a 4‑day or 5‑day week.
Fella & Jones are delighted to partner with this global luxury fashion brand in recruiting an experienced Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
Identify and assess HR issues that need attention from the HR team and act upon them as necessary
Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating procedures to improve the HR function
Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate, and adhere to HR policies across required markets
Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Performance management
Learning and development
Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
Recruitment and retention: manage talent and succession planning
