Senior HR Business Partner - Luxury Womenswear Fashion Brand
The company will consider the role on a 4‑day or 5‑day a week basis.
Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of an Senior HR Business Partner.
This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets.
Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances and sickness
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
Performance management
Learning and development
Training: Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning
