We’re looking for a capable and motivated Senior HR Advisor with proven experience in a generalist HR role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop their leadership capability, and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function while building toward becoming the onsite HR Lead in the future.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide hands-on HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR practices are applied consistently and effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters, helping to deliver a professional and proactive HR service.

In this role, you will support key HR activities including employee relations, absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and policy guidance. You will work closely with managers to provide coaching and practical HR advice, ensuring decisions are aligned with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice.

This role is well suited to someone with a strong HR generalist background, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build relationships across the business. You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to develop your career within a supportive environment.
