The role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting managers in the business, with a particular focus on assisting managers in the Real Estate team and in shaping and delivering HR services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a professional, forward-thinking environment. Whilst offering the benefit of hybrid working, the successful candidate will also be required to travel to all its West Yorkshire based offices periodically.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with key stakeholders to identify people trends and drive departmental improvements
Working with line managers to build confidence and capability in people management
