An aerospace leader is urgently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal, hands-on role providing high-quality, operational HR support across dual locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partners to harmonise HR practices, while facilitating the successful integration of two regional HR functions into a cohesive, high-performing HR team.

The role requires a confident HR professional with strong employee relations experience, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively within a regulated, complex, and fast-paced environment.

Main location upper west midlands but travel required to a site more centrally based in the country.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive, professional HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, absence management, and exits

* Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation

* Support HR Business Partners in aligning and harmonising HR processes and practices across regional teams
