Mission description
We are seeking an interim Senior HR Advisor - maternity cover to join the London team in support of our Human Resources for the UK.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide the necessary support to the UK Support office and Hotel teams by managing the following responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
HR Advisory
Engagement Survey : support with formalisation and follow-up of the action plan.
L&D : support with training arrangements and compliance.
Wellbeing : follow‑up on MHFA refreshers, H&S risk assessments and other general wellbeing initiatives as required.
Employee Cycle : support with recruitment as required and manage employee’s exit interviews (GMs & HQ only).
Employee Relations : support with note taking, investigation management and general admin as required.
Produce own correspondence, maintain records in a timely and efficient manner
Effectively communicate to your key stakeholders and escape cases when necessary.
Create and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose, meet our legal obligations under employment law and they are representative of the culture and values of the business.
