A global HR team within an international law firm is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support the management and resolution of day-to-day HR matters within the London secretarial team, covering the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and performance management to development and offboarding.Salary to £60,000Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days WFHFantastic employee benefits & wellness packagesPrime City location / Liverpool StreetOversee day-to-day HR issues for the community of the London Secretarial TeamProvide expert guidance on complex employee relations casesWork with the Secretarial Services Manager and the HR team to undertake annual salary reviewsDeliver high quality people advice on performance, conduct, absence, and organisational changeUndertake return-to-work interviews after periods of sickness absenceUndertake all secretarial recruitment in partnership with the Secretarial ManagerImplement and maintain a Professional Skills Frameworks, talent mapping, promotions pathways etc. for the secretarial team in LondonSeveral years' generalist HR experience at a similar level with exposure to administrative support teams, PAs and EAsLaw firm experience highly advantageousDemonstrable experience identifying and leading HR and ER issuesA positive, friendly, empathetic, and collaborative approach is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
