Senior HR Administrator - Bournemouth - Up to £30,000 - PermanentWhat you will be doing:We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy People team, providing high-quality HR support, and playing a key role in day-to-day HR operations.As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be:Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboardingManaging HR administration including absence, sickness, and HR recordsCoordinating recruitment processes from advertising through to interview and onboardingMaintaining accurate HR systems and compliance recordsSupporting safeguarding and safer recruitment processesAssisting with HR meetings, investigations, and note-takingProducing reports on HR data including absence and workforce informationSupporting payroll and finance with accurate HR dataContributing to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvementsWhat we are looking for:Previous HR administration experience (essential)Strong organisation and attention to detailConfident handling confidential informationGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentProactive approach with a willingness to develop HR knowledgeHours & Benefits:Generous pensionSalary up to £30,000 DOETraining and development opportunitiesSupportive working environment with progression potential Apply now: If you're ready for the next step in your HR career, we'd love to hear from you.
