BDS is currently looking to recruit a Senior Housing Project Manager to work with a housing organization based in the Islington area of London.

The Senior Housing Project Manager will lead the delivery of a portion of the planned investment programme, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, with high levels of customer engagement, meeting performance standards and funding requirements.

Your role will include:

1. Managing a technical team to scope your portion of the planned investment programmes.
2. Project managing contractors to deliver a multi-million-pound investment programme.
3. Managing internal stakeholder relationships.
4. Overseeing commercial matters related to your portion of the investment programme.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Project Management within Housing, Construction, or the built environment.

Hours are 35 hours per week with hybrid working.

Pay rate: GBP 271.35 per day (PAYE) or GBP 358.84 per day (UMB).
