An Aerospace & Defence leader in Portsmouth, are looking to fill two brand-new Senior SHE Advisor roles that offer the chance to take ownership of high-impact safety programmes.

You’ll lead risk-reduction projects, shape contractor management standards, and influence stakeholders across the business—turning ideas into real operational improvements.

This isn’t a task-driven advisory post. It’s a project-led, stakeholder-focused role where autonomy, leadership and strategic thinking are key. With visibility across the organisation and clear progression into SHE leadership, it’s an opportunity to shape safety where it truly matters.

You’ll bring:

• Level 6+ qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
• Experience delivering SHE improvements in complex or high-risk environments
• Strong stakeholder and project/programme management capability
• Ability to lead risk-reduction or contractor governance initiatives independently

Successful candidates will need to be able to obtain SC clearance (UK citizen OR NATO Citizen + 5 years or more living in the UK)
