In this role you'll get to use your excellent communications skills, to inspire and help your operational colleagues to execute their work, whilst consistently using "best in class" health and safety practices.We'll leave you to decide how best to do this, although we know that you won't be standing on the side-lines holding a clipboard and grimacing.Instead, you'll be using your naturally inquisitive nature to understand the operational challenges your colleagues face, enabling you to develop practical solutions and provide helpful advice, always delivered in a style that motivates your audience.We'll encourage you to create communication strategies which resonate and inspire from in-person conversations to video and podcasts.
