We're looking to recruit a talented Senior Designer/Art Director to join an award winning agency with a legacy of creating global creative campaigns for the entertainment sector.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of key art design experience for major film, streaming and TV clients and a geniune passion for cinematic storytelling.

Experience required:

• 5+ years of key art design experience for major film, streaming and TV clients.
• A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual key art and visual storytelling across all genres.
• Proven ability to carry out the full creative process, from concept through to delivery.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects on fast timelines.
• Experience of art directing photoshoots and building shoot decks for key art campaigns desirable.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in layout, typography and composition.
• Knowledge of artworking and finishing desirable.
• Strong communication/presentation skills, confident in client facing situations.
• Leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior team members.
