The Role:

• Develop and deliver eye-catching visual concepts for promos, campaigns and special brand collaborations.
• Take the lead on projects, managing them from initial idea through to final delivery.
• Oversee, guide, and inspire a talented Junior Designer, helping them develop their skills and deliver outstanding work.
• Work closely with our marketing, branding and content teams to ensure all designs hit the brief and resonate with our audience.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of trends and bring fresh, exciting ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
• A portfolio full of creative, commercial work that demonstrates your versatility and flair.
• Strong leadership skills – you’ll lead by example and enjoy supporting junior team members.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A collaborative attitude and the confidence to pitch and explain your ideas.
• This is an office-based role in Wolverhampton – we’re all about bouncing ideas around together in person!
