OverviewBeechfield Brands Limited is the home of four leading textile brands: Beechfield® Original Headwear, BagBase®, Quadra® and Westford Mill®, each with their own identity and philosophy. Foundedin1995, we have established ourselves as the go-to brand for quality, innovative products in the rebrandable accessories market. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help shape the visual direction of our four brands: Beechfield®, BagBase®, Quadra®, and Westford Mill®.Working closely with the Head of Creative, you will play a key role in developing and delivering creative work across campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling. The role spans print, packaging, digital platforms and social, with responsibility for maintaining the visual standards that define our brands.What the role involvesLeading creative projects from concept through to final deliveryMaintaining brand guidelines and acting as a brand guardian across all four brandsDeveloping visual concepts for campaigns, launches and brand storytellingArt directing still life and model shoots in collaboration with photographers, videographers and stylistsCreating high quality assets across print, digital, packaging and marketing channelsWorking closely with marketing, product and commercial teams to bring ideas to lifeWhat we are looking forExceptional typography, layout and visual design craftStrong branding experience with a sharp eye for detail and consistencyExperience delivering creative campaigns across both digital and printExperience art directing still life and model shootsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and IllustratorExperience working with fashion, retail or lifestyle brandsA confident and collaborative designer who enjoys working across creative, marketing and product teamsDegree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience (6+ years)Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWhy join Beechfield Brands?You will be joining a passionate team that takes pride in the brands we build and the products we create.
