This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, digitally driven business known for creating aspirational, trend-led collections for a global audience. You'll play a key role in elevating the brand's creative output, shaping its digital identity and delivering best-in-class visual experiences.

The Role

As a Senior Graphic Digital Designer, you'll take ownership of digital creative across all channels-balancing strong brand storytelling with performance-driven design.

Working closely with Creative, Marketing and E-commerce teams, you'll deliver impactful campaigns while helping to guide creative direction and support junior talent.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality digital assets across paid media, social, CRM and e-commerce
Lead creative for campaigns, product launches and weekly drops
Maintain and evolve a premium visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to produce conversion-focused creative
Use performance data and insights to continuously refine creative output
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers
Stay ahead of trends across fashion, design and digital, bringing fresh ideas to the team

About You

4-6+ years' experience in digital/graphic design, ideally within fashion, luxury or e-commerce
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, digital-first and commercially effective work
Proven ability to take projects from concept through to final delivery
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong understanding of performance-led creative and digital channels
Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams
Exceptional attention to detail with a refined design aesthetic
A proactive, ideas-driven individual with the confidence to influence creative direction
