Create materials across print and digital including menus, POS, signage, email and social assets
Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats and platforms
Creative Production & Artworking

Ensure all outputs are delivered to spec and ready for production
Maintain high standards of detail and consistency across all work
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life
Support timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Help maintain and evolve brand toolkits and asset libraries
What we’re looking for
3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role (agency or in‑house)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign and production work
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of brand systems and how to apply them in real‑world contexts
Excellent artworking skills and attention to detail
Experience preparing files for print and digital output
Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands is highly desirable
Who you are
A confident mid‑weight designer ready to take ownership of projects
Detail‑focused with a strong eye for layout, typography and consistency
Practical and solutions‑oriented, able to turn brand thinking into real outputs
