Are you an Environmental Graphic Designer (Wayfinding & Signage)

The Role

We’re looking for an Environmental Graphic Designer with strong experience in signage, wayfinding systems and spatial graphics.

You’ll design wall graphics, environmental branding, graphic installations and signage systems that bring spaces to life. Working closely with the Design and Production teams, you’ll take projects from concept through to installation, translating ideas into engaging experiences within the built environment.

This role suits a conceptual thinker who designs for space, understanding how graphics interact with architecture, materials and how people move through environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design wayfinding systems, signage and environmental graphics
• Create large-scale wall graphics, spatial branding and graphic installations
• Develop concepts, sketches and visual ideas that respond to architecture and narrative
• Work across projects ranging from feature artworks to large-scale spatial schemes
• Present ideas to clients and collaborate with the wider creative team
• Develop artwork ready for fabrication and installation
• Support and mentor junior designers

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in environmental graphic design, signage or spatial design
• Strong portfolio showing wayfinding, signage, wall graphics or installations
• Experience designing for the built environment and large-scale graphics
• Confident conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into spatial outcomes
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
