Your new company

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, on a part-time basis, to lead the creative direction of one of the UK's largest transformation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to shape bold, strategic design work that inspires and informs across digital, offline, events, and ambient channels. As a key member of our communications and engagement team, you'll bring a strong creative voice and own the full design lifecycle-from concept to execution-ensuring our brand connects meaningfully with stakeholders and audiences.

Your new role

Lead a fresh creative vision in collaboration with the Head of Comms and Engagement. Design inclusive, accessible, and high-impact visuals across all channels and events. Champion design excellence and originality while aligning with our parent brand. Develop and maintain project brand guidelines. Create original illustrations, infographics, and prototypes. Collaborate with the wider transformation team to bring our story and messaging to life. Present and pitch ideas confidently to stakeholders. Support digital outputs including SharePoint and email marketing. Introduce new ideas, techniques, and tools to enhance creative workflows. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and innovation in all design outputs.
