Founded in 2021, the company has hit £25m in revenue this year, with ambitious plans for rapid growth ahead. Backed by high-profile consumer goods & wellness industry investors, the brand has gone from strength to strength and has opened a new London office this year!

Their range of science-backed products – launched successfully into 1200 Boots stores last month and significant sales D2C, Amazon and other online partners — has already built a strong global following for this super-cool brand. This is a rare opportunity to get in early and play a key role in shaping what’s next.

We’re looking for a Senior Designer/Creative Lead to take the reins of their visual identity, across packaging, campaigns, digital, and beyond. This is a hands-on role for a multidisciplinary designer who wants to shape the creative expression of a fast-growing wellness brand with clarity, consistency, and cultural edge.

You’ll bring the brand to life across every touchpoint from social content and email templates to campaign visuals and packaging evolutions. If you can take a creative concept from idea to execution and care as much about the craft as the concept, this could be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will come from a trend driven industry i.e. food, beauty, fashion, wellness and have:

• Significant experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative leadership — ideally within brand-led, product-driven companies
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across brand identity, packaging, digital, and campaign work
• A strong grasp of typography, layout, colour, and storytelling — with a rigorous eye for detail
• A proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar)
• Ability to take projects from concept to execution, including versioning, asset delivery, and QA
• Great communication and collaboration skills — open to feedback, and confident presenting ideas
• A passionate for wellness, design, and building something meaningful!
